Prices

All accommodation rates are per room per night. Full English breakfast or Continental breakfast is available at a separate charge.

Fire Alarm

Our hotels have a state of the art fire detection system. Please do not smoke in the rooms or leave the bathroom door open or it will activate the alarm. If the alarm is activated during the night we cannot offer any form of refund for loss of sleep/disturbance.

Credit Cards

Your details are a guarantee of your booking only. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in from 14.00 hrs
Check out by 11.00 hrs

Cancellations

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before 11am on the day of your booking. Please cancel directly with the hotel on +44 (0)161 819 1441. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any further dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first night’s stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings).

Deposits

Deposits are fully refundable except when there is a breach of our cancellation policy.

Insurance

You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects or money.

Children

Highchairs are available free of charge subject to availability. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Noise/Unsocial Behaviour

We reserve the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of guests, who must take all reasonable steps for corrective action when requested by hotel management.
